Méthode Globale®

Gregory-Yves Sédat

Founder of the Global Method®

A new and effective discipline.

The Global Method® is a therapeutic approach that combines different techniques to treat musculoskeletal disorders, emotional imbalances and nervous system dysfunctions.

This method takes into account the interconnection between body, mind and emotions. It considers that muscle tension, pain and emotional imbalances can be linked and influence each other. For example, emotional stress can manifest as muscle tension and pain, while muscle tension can affect our emotional state.

Osteotherapy is used to realign joints, release tension and restore balance to the body. It can also help relieve muscle pain and improve mobility.

Neuroscience is used to understand how the nervous system works and how it impacts our physical and emotional health. It helps identify thought patterns and emotions that can contribute to musculoskeletal disorders and emotional imbalances.

Massage is used to relax muscles, improve blood and lymph circulation, and promote the release of tension. It can also help reduce stress and promote relaxation.

Emotion is taken into account in this method, as emotions can be stored in the body as muscular tension. By working on emotions and releasing the associated tensions, it is possible to promote emotional and physical balance.

The Global Method® is suitable for all ages and can be used to treat a variety of problems, such as muscle pain, mood disorders, stress, anxiety, sleep disorders, etc. It aims to restore harmony between body and mind, thus promoting overall well-being.
